Booked an Executive Suite room to find out out there is no executive floor or lounge although it it advertised on CTrip and the hotel website. Gym facility is damaged, run-down and dangerous. Asked the hotel manager for a service recovery, but he literally said he doesnt care and I can go to another hotel if it bothers me - but no refund.
The breakfast is appalling, especially on 2 days during a convention in the hotel. It was like fighting with a hoard of starved animals every morning. Needless to say the breakfast staff were fully unprepared, 75% of the buffet was empty at all times and more smoke in the room than in a late night bar.
I live in Asia/China for over 10 years, so Im used to a lot - but this one takes the cake, especially the management
I strongly recommend to stay at the nearby Modena or Sheraton[2019-02-19 23:28]

对于这个地段 这个酒店必然是你的首选的 没有任何理由 这个位置选这一家就对了 别的千万不要随便尝试 不过设施能更新一下就更好了

网络很不稳定。一会儿掉，一会儿连的。早餐一般，没几样，连吃3天，绝对腻。

酒店整体来说还算不错，地理位置比较好，距离客户很方便，周边环境还可以，早餐一般，品种比较单调。房间比较整洁，布置得比较舒适，房间布局还挺合理大方的。酒店的整体服务还挺不错，此次的选择还挺好，下次还会再选择。
